proposed issues for discussion today

ITC Techies,

There are a couple of issues I'd like to put on the
agenda for discussion today if possible.

1. Jason's query about interfaces. I did not ignore this,
    I just thought it would be best address verbally.

2. More discussions about semantics for calling of
    utility functions from non-context imported DPI.
    Mainly around Per's and Shabtay's e-mails and
    the reworded P1800 LRM text on this subject.
