Document Rollup

Hi Everyone,
    Draft version 1 of the complete document is now available on the
website. The new sections from Shabtay and John are up plus the first
roll-up is now available. Because of Word instability, I have kept it as two
main pieces, the MainBody which is sections 1 through 5 and the combined
Appendices. These roll-ups do not contain any of the change history from the
previous versions, so you may still want to check those for the last round
of modifications. I have tried my best to bring everything together, but I
apologize if I made any minor mistakes (I think Word crashed on me a dozen
or more times while doing it, so something may have become damaged).

On the call tomorrow, I would like to discuss the way we go about
modifications from this point onwards.
