SCE-MI 2.0 Release Candiate Comments

Hi,

I stumbled across a couple of things in the release candidate:

   1) Section 5.6.7.2 describes the alternate version of the
clock port macro. Shouldn't this section appear in
conjunction with the section describing the original
      clock port macro?

   2) Section 5.2.6 talks about SCE-MI 2 support for clock
definitions. We should rephrase that as talking about
the function based interface or whatever we decided to
call the DPI subset. Also, I think we should remove
language about the progression of thought and evolution
of the standard and just state what it is.

   3) Section 4.9.2: I'm quite happy with the content in this
section. I must not have read this close enough because
this now reads much clearer and describes what I was
looking for without the references to SystemC, etc. I
would like to see this content be included in the normative
part of the standard, i.e., chapter 5. This goes for most
      of Section 4.9 actually.
