SCE-MI 2 Example Distribution

Greetings ITC Techies,

As promised, here is a tarball of source files of SCE-MI 2 examples
that focus mainly on the use of pipes but also use some
DPI functions.

The examples demonstrate the use of basic pipes, data shaping,
and use of unlimited C-side buffers of transaction data.

These examples are fully open sourced and all copyright headers
have been removed.
