NO - not required at this time. 2.0 does not need to create information. Must create data for 1.1 objects.

In mixed mode, clock port has some parameters. Do we need access to those. If there are no SCE-MI transactors do we need a parameter database?

Do we need new attributes for DPI?

not unless we create new functionality that needs them.
