Committee says it is the same as IM204, not IM202

Running SCE-MI 2.0 models. Would like to be able to take a simulation environment using DPI, where it fully conforms to the SCE-MI 2.0 DPI subset and run it in SCE-MI environment without any modification. Init and other SCE_MI 1.X calls should be handled implicitly.
