Function Call Naming convention

Need to decide on the conversion of dpi prefix to scemi prefix. Everyone agrees that we should use scemi.

May also want to consider send and receive which is compatible with SCE-MI 1.X or put and get which is the convention used in DPI. Agreed that we should go with send and receive.

We should add a note that states that the functions put-send and get-receive are equivalent
