Second issue: Also, in the following paragraph it says "with some *exceptions*, the port priority *generally* follows the semantics of the UNIX nice command" (emphasis mine). The words `exceptions' and `generally' are a bit misleading here and could be interpreted to mean that the implementation is allowed to handle priorities differently than described in the bullets below this sentence. My guess is that the bullets are intended to describe the mandatory way priorities must be handled and that the sentence is more of a background on how IKOS and/or the ITC committee came up with this scheme. Is this correct? johnS: I propose remove references to the Unix "nice" command and just state the semantics explicitly. I've done this in the reworded text shown above for IM08.
