Nikhil will update the text to solve the issue with message
1647.

Dave to propose an errata:  It is not clear whether or not 
the default branch should be taken into consideration in 
calculating full or parallel case error messaging.  

Karen to post an email indicating that issues people want to
open need to start with the title Erata.

Meeting Minutes:

The date needs to be updated in the last minutes to reflect March 1,
2004.  Danny moves that we accept the minutes as modified.  Dave 
seconds.  No opposed.  Matt abstains.  Passes.

So far, we have votes expressed by everyone except Cadence.  The 
voting closes at 5pm this evening.

Message 1647:  Brad moves that we accept the proposals, and close
151, 160, 166.  Karen seconds.  No opposed.  No abstain.  Passes.

Message 1648:  Brad moves that we reject the proposal.  Danny 
seconds.  No opposed.  No abstain.  Passes.  (LRM-298 needs to be
removed).

Nikhil takes the action item to update the text to reflect the 
correct behavior.

Message 1617:  Brad moves that we accept the proposal.  Nikhil 
seconds.  No opposed.  No abstain.  Passes.

Message 1633:  Danny moves that we accept the proposal.  Brad 
seconds.  No opposed.  No abstain. Passes.

Message 1638:  Brad moves that we accept this proposal.  Karen
