Heath seconds. No opposed. Abstain: Gordon, Shalom. Motion Passes. + Fix minutes from 12/18/06 Per Shalom: The 12/18/06 minutes say that 1468 was closed as a duplicate of 225, and the database was so updated. That is an error. It is 1561 that was voted on to be closed as a duplicate of 225. 1468 should still be open. Shalom moves to correct minutes of 12/18/06 meeting that 1468 is not a duplicate of 225, but 1561 is a duplicate of 225. Brad seconds. No opposed. No abstain. Motion Passes. AI: Matt put a note in minutes of 12/18/06 explaining situation. Update SVDB 1561 as a duplicate of 225. + Any comments on Merged LRM Proposed Clause Organization? Stu sent a first draft of the table-of-contents for the merged LRM: http://www.eda.org/sv-bc/hm/5502.html Questions or comments that need to be directed to Stu or 1800? Shalom: Clause 3 is too large. Would prefer programs, modules, etc. be addressed in separate clauses. Would like an overview of components early in the document. Stu: Clause 3 is now an introduction. Have separate clauses for each item. Someone else suggested data declarations be consolidated in one clause. This is over 100 pages and Stu decided to break up due to size. Francoise: Would like to see hierarchy addressed earlier. Stu: Section 3 introduces components and forward references them. Francoise: Would like to see structural modeling covered, then scheduling, followed by testbench and assertions. Stu & Others: Document too large to read. Ordering may not matter a whole lot in the end.Expect electronic searches to be primary form of navigation. Matt: Any other large clauses? Stu: Assertions, but no logical point of separation. Have not yet reached system tasks clause but expect it to be large. Stu suggests that moving clauses will be easier to do later, so any such change is possible after editing. Francoise: Suggest tying some annex titles with the relevant section in LRM. Stu: Will consider this. + Strategy for review SV-BC should not tackle all clauses. Choose the most relevant clauses. Stu to identify clauses that have been heavily merged versus cut-n-pasted into new doc. Data types and programming statements are heavily merged. Stu's editorial feedback on state of clauses also desired. Annexes look straight-forward. Stu will generate a new Table-of-Contents for review. Which clauses are other committees addressing? + Issues ready for vote 1597 (http://www.eda-stds.org/svdb/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=0001597) Shalom moves to accept proposal with 2 changes of "syntax" to style. Brad seconds. No opposed. No abstain. Motion passes. AI Completed: Shalom updated proposal with amendents. 1745 (http://www.eda-stds.org/svdb/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=0001745) Shalom moves to accept proposal. Heath seconds. No opposed. No abstain. Motion passes. 1746 (http://www.eda-stds.org/svdb/bug_view_page.php?bug_id=0001746) Shalom moves to accept proposal. Cliff seconds. No opposed. No abstain.
