Here's another update of the context sensitivity proposal reflecting
latest discussions w/ Kevin for today's meeting.

Highlights:

* Added [modulename::] prefix to function names in export
declarations
* Removed task keyword in extern declaration since void functions
will
serve this purpose adequately and avoid confusion about 0-time issue
* Modified examples accordingly
