   My apologies for not keeping the holiday in mind
   (and thanks Michael for being careful as always).
   
   I do not want to ask people to meet on a holiday,
   at the same time, I think it is important to keep
   the provision open for meeting one more day before
   we meet next Wednesday (01/21).

   I propose we meet on 01/20 Tuesday at 9:00 -10:00
   PM PST. I understand this may conflict with SV-AC,
   but given the deadlines, please consider this as
   an emergency option.

   How does this sound to others wrt
   - logistics (Ghassan)
   - availability of people (No Doug, you can not take
   the another day off! :-)

   Please cc the team about your availability.

Michael has brought up a good point regarding the potential conflict between MLK holiday and our plan to have a committee meeting on Monday 1/19.

This holiday might not be on the official calendar of every company. For example, it is a working day at Synopsys.

I want to ask everyone if they can make this day and time for our meeting. I will wait for responses by end of Thursday before a decision will be made to have it or cancel it.
