[sv-cc] Request for proxy vote: SV-CC 12/22/04 meeting

Charles,

I request that you consider this email a proxy vote for the 12/22 SV-CC
meeting.
My flight will be loading just as the meeting begins, so a dependable
phone link
to the meeting cannot be expected.

On the matter of renaming Issue 50's deprecated DPI string name to "DPI"
I would
like to vote 'no'; the resulting ambiguity about which parameter
conventions constitute
the current standard seems to outweigh the inconvenience to our
relatively small
base of existing users.
