3. P1800 
   -----
    Neil gave a quick review of what happened in the P1800 meeting that was 
    held earlier in the day. 
      - Stu agreed to merge 890 into the first draft put up for sale by the IEEE
      - the SVEC should proceed with 890, assuming that it will make it into 
	the draft.
      - the P1800 meeting was suspended until April 24th. 9am
	This will allow time for the svec to approve 890 and the champions
	to meet to review 890. When the p1800 resumes its meeting, mantis
	890 will be reviewed.
