Chair of P1666 technical Subcommittee sought

Hi,

As noted yesterday during the p1666 meeting, I am looking for a chair for the technical Subcommittee.  We are working to get people under contract to do the bulk of the actual construction of the LRM, but we need to have a person who can organize and run the Technical Subcommittee meetings, make sure schedules are being met and so forth.  Ideally, the chair will come one of the entities in P1666 that have voting rights, although I do not see anything in our Policies and Procedures that makes that a requirement.  hence, volunteers from any interested parties are welcomed.  If we have more than one volunteer, perhaps co-chairs can be appointed to share the load.
