minutes from February 24 meeting posted

In preparation for next week's P1666 meeting, please note that the minutes from our last meeting have been posted at http://www.eda.org/systemc/minutes/. These were taken by Tor Jeremiassen in the absence of the WG's Secretary. Tor used xmind to capture the minutes, so they are in a somewhat unusual (for DASC WG minutes) outline form, but they are very easy to follow.
