Based on the discussion at the p1666 meeting this morning, we shall work towards the following schedule in finalizing the review and approval of the draft P1666 LRM by the WG:
1) January 14: Deadline for any comments on draft LRM
2) January 21: Delivery of LRM to the WG to be voted upon via email; voting period starts as soon as the LRM is delivered
3) January 28: Voting ends at 5 PM PST
John Aynsley will start categorizing the issues that have been collected so far in the review period, and potentially propose on the reflector changes/clarifications based on those issues. He will continue to do this as new issues surface in the next 10 days. It is assumed that if John proposes a change to the LRM on the reflector and there is no opposition, then he is free to make the change. Thus, it is incumbent upon those concerned to regularly monitor and take part in the email reflector discussion as appropriate.
