Callbacks at various scheduler phases

All again,

Finally, we have an enhancement proposition to be made on callbacks that
would
be performed at various stages of the scheduler (for instance at the end
of each delta cycle).
Unfortunately, the deadline is too short for us to propose a detailed
document at this point.
I wanted just to raise the topic, we will provide a more elaborate
proposal (with implementation)
soon.
