email reflector bounces

I have seen a number of email reflector bounces recently (several from Tor in the past two days). There seems to be some limit (>40k characters) on the size of the email that the reflector can handle. I suggest that everyone try to keep your emails as compact as you can. If you do need to discuss long code examples, send them to me, and I'll put them in the document repository.
