Killing versus termination

The current LRM says "A thread or clocked thread process is terminated
after the point when control is returned
from the associated function. A method process is never terminated, so
member function
terminated shall always return false for a method process."

Is a killed thread process terminated in this sense?

Is a killed method process terminated in this sense?
