Timetable for discussing detailed proposals for P1666 enhancements

You are each named champions for proposed P1666 enhancements. The planned
dates for discussing these proposals are as follows:

(D) Tor, TI: sc_event_and_list / sc_event_or_list , 4-Oct (started
already)
(E) Jerome, ST: Change to sc_port class structure so bind can be
overloaded , 11-Oct
(F) John, Doulos / Bishnupriya, Cadence: Review the status of having
multiple processes write to the same sc_signal, 18-Oct
(G) Philipp, Offis: Add a container class for array-of-port etc, 25-Oct
(H) Tor, TI: Add an sc_pause function. Also add an sc_get_status function,
1-Nov
(J) David Black, Xtreme: Make request_update thread-safe, 8-Nov
(K) Jerome, ST / Bisnupriya, Cadence: Naming sc_events, 15-Nov
