Analysis of review issues

All,

I have done a first pass at the issues received so far from the review of
the P1666 draft LRM.

My first pass analysis is as follows:

36 issues resolved and fixed on-the-spot (47%)
24 issues for which I consider no change is required (all open to further
discussion, of course) (31%)
17 issues for which further discussion is required on the reflector (22%)
77 issues in total

I will be posting my response to all of the issues on the reflector,
keeping separate emails for issues where further discussion is definitely
required.
