There were no major issues with draft "d" of the proposal.

We decided that we probably do need to wait for the m-factor
proposal and paramsets before submitting the LRM draft for
approval.

I hope to get paramsets done today or tomorrow, in which case
we could schedule a conference call for Thursday or Friday.
Sri was going to schedule a call for the main AMS committee
for Thursday, but I have not heard anything.
