Greetings.

At the last Accellera Board Meeting it was announced that I'd
been asked to take the chair of the Verilog-A/MS technical
committee. Like everyone else on this list, I've been very
busy recently but would like to get things rolling.

The goals for Verilog-A/MS I believe should be twofold:

  - bring the language definition to a level where it is
    reliable and unambiguous to users and implementors alike

  - take the language through to become an IEEE standard

I would like to have a teleconference no later than 11/3 to
decide on directions and divide up the effort. Proposed
date & time: 10/31 at 9am California time.

I will send out an agenda for this meeting soon, and will
provide call-in numbers.

A co-chair will be essential. It would be ideal if the
co-chair came from the user, rather than vendor, community.
