I had intended to write up the minutes, post an agenda, etc last
week but was hit by a lurking (now missing) appendix.

Since I'm still not up to par I've asked Kevin to run the show
on Monday. I will write up the minutes from last time when I
get a chance. There was agreement, on an outline plan which
works on an updated LRM - with the emphasis being on removing
ambiguities and fixing trouble spots - followed by developing
the IEEE version. Although it would be desirable to have this
work done by DAC2001 the question of timescale can't be
determined until the working groups have done their work.

I will be online tomorrow but probably just in an observer
role.
