Ian,
here are a couple of issues I'd like to add;
1. Section 6.7.5.1 cross function
The behavior of cross during DC and during mixed-signal initialization
is not described.
We (Cadence) are preparing a description/proposal on this issue and will
send
it out soon.
2. Section 4.4.11 Laplace transform filters
and Section 4.4.12 Z-transform filters
Both these sections talk about poles/zeros and their conjugates
but they don't define exactly what a conjugate is.
For example are the following conjugates?
4 + 8.0000001j and 4 - 8j
Basically I think it is a good idea if we allow some numerical
tolerance when checking if two poles/zeros are conjugate. Something along
the lines of; "two numbers are considered conjugate if they have a non-zero
imaginary parts, their real parts match within 0.1% and their imaginary
parts match within 0.1%"
This was an issue raised by one of our customers,
