I have tried for the last ten minutes to join the meeting using the information below. I get to the music and am told that I will added to the conference and nothing happens. The minutes below did not indicate the time but I assumed it was the same as last time (9:00am).

Let me know the results of the meeting and hopefully we will have a more reliable connection for the next meeting.

Hello Team,

1- MINUTES For August 2 Meeting
In attendance are:
        a- Peter (Antrim).
        b- David (Avanti).
        c- Martin (Cadence).
        d- Jon (Cadence).
        e- Kevin (NSC)
        f- Vassilios (Infineon)

We agreed to follow this process (this is based on our last conference call - July):
        a- Flatten The issue List.
        b- Each member send a voting list by TUESDAY August 7. It should contain the following:
                - Priority of each items (there are 89) 1 through 89 -- 1 is highest priority.
                - Add a column that says you agree or disagree with the proposal.
                - Return all items to me by Tuesday. (It will be nice if it is an excell sheet).
                - I will summarize and send the results by Wend August 8.
        c- We will start discussions items that have highest priorities and with largest disagreements.
        d- Items that have high degree of agreement, we will submit for LRM modification.
        e- All items will be discussed. We will discuss items based on proposal and counter-proposal.
        f- We will schedule discussions and assign teams on items that ARE NOT CLEAR.

ACTION ITEMS

1- Every team member should respond by Tuesday August 7. Members who do not respond, will comply with the priority of the rest of the team that responded.
2- Members of the same company should provide one list (if possible).

NEXT CONFERENCE CALL
Our next call is planned for August 9:
1- Review the priority.
2- Start Discussing the first high priority item.
3- Identify actions to address the rest of the issues (sub-groups), technical writing ?
