Subject: Updated Sorted Issue List (Minutes for 16, 23, 30 April Calls)

We had originally been discussing 6 issues identified to be resolved late last year. Proposals for some of the issues have come through and have been followed up through discussions in the committee calls. Some of them were identified to be addressed post next version (post 2.1). The last 3 calls have been focussing on going through all the issues that are in the spreadsheet (sorted according to priority, which was apparently done in one of the meetings mid last year).
We have gone through priority numbers 1 to 50. The next couple of calls will focus on the spreadsheet to try to get some closure on the smaller problems and probably have a list that could be managed. I have enclosed the updated table in pdf format and the actions that came out of discussing these. (I have not enclosed the xls spreadsheet since the message gets huge, but the pdf covers the description of those issues. If anybody does not have this list and want it for reference please mail a message to the reflector).
The updated pdf covers these 50 issues that we have gone through. This also includes some of the original 6 issues that were discussed. It has the following syntax highlighting
Bold -
Issues that were discussed in the last few months and there is already
a
proposal sent to the mailing list for that issue. Will be addressed in
2.1
Bold Italic - Identified as something that could possibly
be addressed in the next
version (2.1). Either its a small one, or someone in the committee have
been working on a proposal. The proposal is yet to be sent to the
mailing list
Normal - The issue is a valid issue
but it is not clear as to either what the
proposed action is, or who is assigned to it. Most likely may not be
addressed in 2.1 unless its looked at immediately.
Strike
- Some of the issues have been struck either because there was no
specific issue mentioned, or they have already been addressed and
closed in previous versions of LRM.
The table mentions the action for each of these issues with a assigned
to/version of
LRM whereever applicable and known. Related issues have been bunched
together in the table.
Reminder: The next call is scheduled for the 6th of May 4:30pm US PST.
cheers,
Sri
