Section 8.8.5.1 : Portnames for digital primitives
Section 8.10.5:
a) Item 62: Proposed changes to get rid of net_resolution function for
basic assign statement
b) Item 29: Clarification for default (additional text under point 1 and 2)
Section 8.10.6
a) Updated figure to match example
b) Updated example to deal with the huge number of errors in it (this was
sent out several
months back).
