new AMS LRM 2.2 draft c

Hi -
I've uploaded a new draft of the LRM to the eda.org web site.

http://www.eda.org/verilog-ams/htmlpages/public-docs/AMS-LRM-2-2-draft-c.pdf

I believe I have addressed all the issues below, which were
brought up in the conference call.

Alas, the change bars are all relative to LRM 2.1, so it's
hard to tell what changed since draft b.

I still hope to include something about the M-factor before
this goes up for a vote. And there are a few issues being
discussed on the reflector relative to $simparam("simulator")
and `define __SIMULATOR__.

Comments from AMS conference call of May 24, 2004:

Page numbers to be "absolute" instead of restarting
by section. This matches new templates used in SV
and IEEE 2001 LRMs.

2.6.3 string parameters needs to be moved to Section 3

3.1.1 output variables needs an example

Syntax 3-3 string parameter default value should be a
constant_expression (not a fixed string), and range
  should be optional (but type remains mandatory);
brief discussion on syntax for the range, but no
  better alternatives found.

3.2.3 (and generally) fix "smart quotes" in examples.

3.2.6 need example instantations for aliasparam

3.4.3 net descriptions needs example

4.4.15 limiting functions $limit needs to be moved
to Section 10 (system tasks), with forward reference
  here (after limexp)

4.6.2 return value from analog function - clear up
distinction between return value of function and
arguments that are modified (to match SV description)

7.2.5, 7.3.6 - move descriptions of $param_given and
$port_connected to Section 10, with references in
Section 7. Also, specify the return values.

7.3.6 Clarify whether $port_connected is supposed to
traverse the hierarchy to find if there's anything
  actually on the net

10.1 Consider adding simulatorName to simparam list
[NOT DONE]

10.6.2 Add %R to mean the same as %r.

Annex B - string is a keyword
