Kev, I'm not sure a subcommittee is the answer to everything :-) For the license, I was thinking about either donating them to Accellera if it is agreed that a sort-of-official status - such as an annex to the current standard - is most usefull, or alternatively a license similar to the one currently used for the SiMKit model library from Philips. Need to check legal people here...
