Merge sections of Verilog-AMS with Verilog-2001 together

Hello,
 
In the last conference call there was some interest in the sections that Verilog-AMS sections that I attempted to merge with Verilog-2001. 
Specifically, I look at how the analog functions could be merged into section 10 of Verilog-2001. Attached is the PDF of my attempt. Note, it has not been through any review process so error may still be present in the document.
