mantis proposals ready

Hi -
I'm trying to do a quick scan of the mantis database to find
items that have proposals ready so that we can vote on them.

0000838  Minor error in example 7.1.2 of LRM 2.1
  (should have category:typo)
0000843  Typo in section 8.3 
0000848  ddx is currently restricted as analog operator
0000852  Error in Table E.2 in LRM version 2.2 for specification of sine
  (should have category:typo)
0000856  Request for local parameters features in AMS
0000867  Example in LRM 2.2 section 6.6.2 has errors.
0000920  Typo in example 2 of section 10.1 
0000923  hierarchical system parameter cross-references 
0001389  noise_table extrapolation?
  (needs to be updated to priority:urgent)
0001390  typo in section 3.2.7
