* Review of Section 5 with updated LRM 2.3 syntax
   - Syntax boxes updated to reflect LRM 2.3
   - Added inout declaration to ports to make it correct in the examples
   - Reorganization of sections in the logical order (5.2 & 5.3)
   - Should we maintain the space after the access fn. ex V ( net );?
The BNF has the space for clarity. Resolution: To continue to have it
since it will impact much larger portion of the document.
   - Incomplete example in section 5.2; Debate whether to just add the
module name or add explanation of disciplines and natures in 3.4.2.1
that can be referred later. Resolution: Make example complete by adding
module wrapper to the example
   - Does constant expression include parameters and analysis functions.
analysis fn is a constant primary per LRM2.3 (removed genvar expressions
and genvar functions as genvar is used in different context in 1364).
Should be part of constant expression or treated as analog operator?
Treating as analog operators would make the usage of initial condition
for ddt/idt using analysis in switch branches not possible as they need
to be constant. Resolution: None
   - Documentation of switch branches? Should the section 5.1.5 be
expanded further to detail the semantics of switch branches, as its
difficult to capture these through syntax (usage, assignment etc).
Resolution: None
   - Change of section name of 5.2 since it covers attribute access also
or make 5.2.3 a separate section. Resolution: Change section 5.2 to
reflect nature attribute access
   - Make reference to nature names usage for abstol in 5.2.3 (usage of
nature names in ddt, idt etc).
   - Should contribution statement be part chapter 6 (very top part to
6) and also indirect contribution statements. Resolution: The syntax
part of direct/indirect contribution would be moved to chapter 6 (owner
Sri) with reference given here to explain the behavior of signals and
contribution statements. This would make chapter 6 also complete in
terms of statements.

* To be Resolved:
   - Switch branch details
   - analsis functions (constant vs analog operator)

* Next week:
   - completion of chapter 5
   - Start on lexical conventions
   - 11th April, 3pm Pacific.

* Actions:
(Graham): To distribute frame version of BNF
(Sri): Come up with a practise to record mantis item in the change bar
version.
