Verilog-AMS call 23 May

I thought Sri was going to call a meeting last week, but I guess
no one had any material to review.  We now have some material;
call details are below.


Graham has updated the lexical conventions chapter:

I went ahead and made the change to allow signal-flow disciplines
to specify either the flow or the potential (Mantis 1405); I haven't
seen any objections on the reflector.

I also want to review the type determination of parameters: 1364
says that a parameter that is declared without a type, the type
is determined from the final value after all overrides have been
applied.  This would, in principle, allow one to have a string
parameter without declaring it to be a string (by specifying a
string value in an override); the AMS LRM tries to forbid this.
