update Multiple analog blocks document

All,

I've made an update of the multiple analog blocks document which brings us 
to version 3. I've tried to collect the information discussed during last 
week's telephone conference, as well as the email reactions from Ken and 
Kevin. Some of the responses to Ken's email could not be part of the 
discussion document, so I will send a separate email to answer that one.

I did ask Geoffrey to upload the document to the website, although it must 
be around 6 PM on the Eastcoast so I can't blame him for not being able to 
act on this request timely. Anyone else able to upload?

Changes are marked with change bars and reflect differences with respect 
to version 2.
