Looking thru the comments in the this file, I see something about $fwrite overwriting the prior file when multiple analyses.. I have already been bitten by this with spectre, it was even re-using the first timestamp (cadence has a %T option in creating the file name) for all analyses.. I would agree that "append" would be a much preferable DEFAULT option..
