Is it possible to review scheduling semantics chapter this week? Marq is
away for this week and next, and it will be great if we can finish the
review of this chapter.

All,

We are currently in discussions for proposals for technical editing for
LRM2.3 version and planning for the various draft versions and
submission to the board. In that light, I would like to freeze the new
additions to the various chapters by end of this month (or early next
month). After that we would like to do changes only for the following
items:
   - changes based on review feedback from the individual chapters that
we have already discussed the past months, that have not yet been
updated for the different chapters
   - any changes that come on the overall review once we get the
technical editor for the different draft versions.

So these changes would not include any new feature requests and
additions to the LRM2.3 version. Hopefully we would have gone through
the 1364 merge for all the relevant text by then.

We will discuss this further in the upcoming LRM committee call.
