small-signal functions -- not analog

The small-signal functions:
   ac_stim
   white_noise
   flicker_noise
   noise_table

all appear in 4.6 Analysis dependent functions.
However, they are also included (incorrectly) in the
syntax item analog_filter_function_call in A.8.2

I believe we need a new syntax item just for these 4 items,
say analog_small_signal_function_call, and these items are
not subject to the restrictions on analog operators.

I was going to say analog_small_signal_function_call should be
added in next to places that analog_built_in_function_call
appears, but then I found that the latter is defined but
never used in Draft 2.
