I'll try to break this up into minor editorial issues that Stuart
should be able to fix on his own, and a second e-mail to contain
things that the committee may need to address.

In the footer, some of the right-facing pages still have 2007
(eg, page v, 5 of 407). Also, need a space in "2008Accellera"

Page 1 (15 of 407): the figure is missing, but there's still
a reference to it in the paragraph above where it was.

Page 27 (41 of 407): the syntax for the string parameter list doesn't have
the tick, though Page 28 was updated to require it.

Page 30 (44 of 207): the text under the example still says "gatetype"
though the example now uses transistortype. (What was wrong with
my suggestion of "bjttype"? "transistortype" is rather long to type)

Page 58 (72 of 407): last cell of the tablem (tan(x) Domain), I see
a square box where I think there should be a + or - sign.

Page 61 (75 of 407): the caption for Syntax 4-2 is wrong.

Page 67 (81 or 407): I've heard one simulator wants the port directions
(inout) to be declared before the discipline (electrical); it doesn't
affect the behavior of the three examples in any way if those two lines
are interchanged.

Page 83 (97 of 407): typo on "frequencey"

Page 84 (98 of 407): can the the heading "Example 2" be kept
with the example itself? (As it is, it looks like a caption
for the code of example 1.)

Page 85 (99 of 407): typo on "initialisation" (I think Accellera uses
US English, so it should be "initialization" -- may want to check
for other such spellings throughout the document)

Also, in "arrayadd": doesn't the variable "i" need to be declared?

Page 86 (100 of 407): last sentence of the first paragraph of 4.7.2.3
is a fragment, the immediately-preceding period should be a comma.

Page 105-106 (119-120 of 407): pagebreaks in the syntax boxes are bad.

Page 108 (122 of 407): "Examples:" should be on the next page
(Frame lets you set "keep with next paragraph", doesn't it?)

Page 109 (123 of 407): Now that cross has analog_expression_or_null,
it seems many of the square brackets [] are redundant in the
syntax box (5-13) at the bottom of the page -- same with above
and timer.

Page 113, 115, 116: cross, above, timer syntax repeated separately,
have the same issues with redundant [].

Page 122 (136 of 407): bad pagebreak at the bottom.

Page 145 (159 of 407):
second bullet (dash?) "should belong" -> "shall belong" (IEEE style)
fourth bullet: rewrite the second sentence to
"However, parameter declaration statements shall not make out
of module references (e.g., for setting default values)."
second-to-last bullet has "&" which should be written out "and"

Page 152 (166 of 407): AnalogVar needs to be changed to "avar"
in the declaration and the 4 assignments.

Page 154 (168 of 407): cross, above, timer -- same issues with []
as noted above on pages 109, 113, 115, 116.

Page 243 (257 of 407): The last paragraph says the example at the
bottom of the page uses a `begin_keywords "VAMS-2.3" directive,
whereas it actually uses "1364-2005"

Page 351 (365 of 407): first syntax item, second option, the "|"
needs to be indented properly.
