Hi, In Draft 4a, section 4.2.9 (Bitwise operators) contains two errors: 1. Table 4-12 (Bitwise binary exclusive nor operator) should is the same as Table 4-11 (Bitwise binary exclusive or operator), whereas it should be the reverse. In 1364-2005, it is correct. 2. The statement "When the operands are of unequal bit length, the shorter operand is zero-filled in the most significant bit positions," is not correct when both operands are signed. In that case, it is sign-extended. The same error appears in 1364-2005, but it will be corrected in 1800-2009.
