Re: conf call email

Dave,

Just wanted to check with you whether the problem with conference call 
setup is resolved?

Since it might be bit late for me to send in the call in details due to 
timezones, if the calling number issue is resolved, can I request you to 
send the meeting request to the committee for just this week and I will 
pick it up as part of the regular agenda from next time onwards. The 
time for the call will be the usual one.

Dave.M has already worked on a draftA version of the LRM which addresses 
some of the Mantis items and uploaded it to the AMS committee page 
(Thanks a lot Dave). It can be found at:

This addresses all the cleanup items that we cleared for the next 
revision except for 839. Dave is also maintaining a table for the 
documents which specifies the mantis items addressed for each of the 
revisions for ease of tracking.
