Details regarding the AMS Assertions subcommittee

I tried to send this earlier and believe Outlook ate it. I apologize if
you get two similar messages.

In the last brief meeting, Marq asked for the current status of the AMS
assertions subgroup. We have put together a Requirements Working Draft
which is linked below. In section 9 of that document, you can find the
requirements on the language that have been accepted by vote of the
committee members. We are currently working in a couple of different
groups to produce technical working documents to describe how we can
implement these requirements in the current languages.
