Hi Dave,
Sorry for being utterly confused, but could you please spell out for me what the actual times are that are going to be used for the conference calls? I know I haven't been attending them lately, but for a 3 PM timeframe I'm definitely going to. 3 AM on the other hand is definitely not possible for me.
When will be the next meeting when the new times will be in effect?
Cheers,
Marq

Subject: Re: Meeting times alteration
Hello all,
it would appear the most complicated thing I have done this week is try and
organise a universally convenient meeting time.
We want to find a time that is a bit easier on participants from India (they
have had 1am calls for the last iteration).
We also need to find a time that accommodates US-PST and Adelaide Australia
(16.5hrs time difference).
Previously during this time of year, we have had the calls scheduled for a 1pm
UTC, which leaves us with
06.00am San Francisco
03.00pm Amsterdam
06:30pm New Delhi
10:30pm Adelaide
Sorry for all the confusion, I should have stuck with the historical times
instead of trying to reinvent the wheel.
Unless there are any *strong* objections to these times, we will go with this.
Agenda for call on Thursday 14th Apr will be distributed early next week.
Regards
Dave
