User defined net-types with X & Z

For anyone interested I set up a page in the AMS wiki for discrete modeling -

http://www.eda.org/twiki/bin/view.cgi/VerilogAMS/DiscreteAnalogModelingInSV

- and added an alternative proposal which supports X and Z modeling, primitives etc.
