I have a special cell which represents a clock driver. This cell will be
replaced by a clock tree later. This cell should have the clock tree
delay, Ex. 5ns, BUT it should pass glitches as a simple driver Ex. 0.5ns .
How can i control the Glitch handling?
I need one value for cell delay and another value for glitch width.
