This is a tar archive that has been compressed.  To uncompress and
de-tar ssitar.Z, do these steps in order:

1. uncompre.exe ssitar.Z

2. tar xvf ssitar



That will 1st uncompress the file to about 1.26 Megabytes, then 2nd, 
it will extract the directories and files from the ssitar file.

The tar.exe will read any unix tar file  (author unknown)
The uncompre.exe program will uncompress Unix-compressed files 
                                              (author unknown)
