New Conference System Installed

Due to the numerous requests, their are two new conferences setup.
See the list available via the J)oin command.  Each conference has
been set-up as semi-private sub-BBS.  This means they require registration
(name and password) just as the VUG BBS main conference does.  Registration
is automatic for users of the Main VUG BBS.  Each sub-BBS will have its
own SYSOP who can restrict users, edit the password file, and affect the
message and file systems in any way desired.  If you do not want your
confidential password getting out, then edit your password after joining the
sub-BBS.  The sub-BBS SYSOP's have not been installed yet but will be soon.

These conferences are a whole new Bulletin Board System within the main one.
It has its own users, message system, and file system.  Currently, the file
system of each conference is linked to the main one.   Files for a particular
conference are in their own "directory category".  See the help under the f)iles
l)ist command.

As with the main system, the conferences (i.e. their separate message systems)
are only useful if people use them.  Dial in often and carry active discussions
on the system.  If a conference becomes busy enough, a separate files system
will be created for it.
