Wafer Maker

Wafer Maker is a fast-paced game where you are growing silicon crystals to make transistors!

Just as in real life, your crystals must be grown at the right speed and temperature. The object is to create as many PNP or NPN sets as possible within the two-minute time limit by adjusting these parameters.

Rules

  • Alternate between P-type and N-type material.
  • Each set of PNP or NPN layers scores three points.
  • Keep speed between 20 and 120 WPM (Wafers Per Minute).
  • Keep temperature between 850 and 950 degrees.

 

Controls:

CLICK SCOREBOARD: Start game
LEFT ARROW: P-dopant
RIGHT ARROW: N-dopant
UP ARROW: Faster
DOWN ARROW: Slower
HOME: Warmer
END: Cooler

 
   

 

Surpassing a limit makes the counter for the given parameter turn red and turns the active wafer gray, indicating a "bad batch". Simply use the control keys to restore the wafer-doping ability.
