Note: If using Internet Explorer to gain access to our FTP site, your browser must have "enable folder view for FTP sites" deselected. To change this setting, simply click on "tools", "internet options", "advanced".
Our FTP Site is organized with the following directory structure:

Problems?
If you receive an error message while extracting, your download may not have completed successfully. Sometimes long downloads terminate incorrectly without producing an error message, so check the file size. Sometimes downloads terminate due to timeouts in the software which may be corrected by configuration changes. Send us email if you have any problems. |
